GTA 6 may still release this year, and one question that has remained on the minds of loyal fans is what the price would be. Some fans have spotted a digital listing of the game for Xbox Series X|S, and it’s a lot to take in.

While the listing is likely a placeholder, the price tag of £89.99 (approx. $99.99) gives fans a lot to think about if it becomes a reality. On the same website, the price of the Grand Theft Auto VI PC – Rockstar Games Launcher is listed as £60.99.

It is important to note that this is not the first time that the GTA 6 price has surfaced online—and it would likely not be the last. The latest price was sighted on Loaded, formerly CD Keys.

The digital storefront is famous for being a source of game DLC codes for most major releases. PC gamers mostly favor the website because they mostly offer discount codes, even at launch.

Well, unless you hear anything from Rockstar or its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, treat every GTA 6 unofficial announcement as a rumor. Also, there is no confirmation from the developer that the upcoming installment will launch simultaneously on console and PC in November.

However, if the GTA 6 price on Loaded becomes a reality, it will become the most expensive Standard Edition of any game we have seen in recent years. That means the price for the Deluxe and higher editions will also likely be record breakers.

The GTA 6 listing description on Loaded includes screenshots and texts that appear to have been culled from Rockstar’s official website. There was also information suggesting that the game will launch with online multiplayer.

How much do you think GTA 6 will cost when it eventually launches later this year (hopefully)? Share your thoughts in the comment box below.
