Battlefield 6 has been a monumental success so far, based on all metrics. Although it appears the server challenge the developer experienced during launch due to a surge of players is simmering down, more changes have now been made, particularly to key weapons.

Battlefield 6 attracted 747,440 concurrent players on Steam within 24 hours of its launch, which puts it miles ahead of the number attracted by Black Ops 6. The launch of Battlefield 6 has not been without issues, especially on the EA App. The developer had to compensate players who couldn’t pre-order the game due to the App issues.
The developer has also rolled out a fix to address the issue where jump momentum was unintentionally interrupted when certain weapons were equipped. The community behind Battlefield 6 is actively pointing out issues they have encountered during the game.
One mechanic that players want the developer to adjust is the weapon bloom system, which controls the spread when a gun is fired. Many have called on EA to tone down Battlefield 6 weapon bloom. Videos and screenshots of clear shots that missed have flooded the Internet.
A similar issue was experienced with Battlefield 2042. DICE eventually adjusted the bloom to player satisfaction. It is unclear if or when the same treatment will be given to Battlefield 6.
If you have played the game, let us know the problems you have encountered that you would like the developer to fix.
