Last Wednesday, during a Coldplay concert in Boston, Massachusetts, a “kiss cam” captured a silver-haired man wrapping his hands around a blond woman from behind. The man quickly docked, and the woman ran off. The short clip quickly went viral.
Coldplay front man Chris Martin said, “Oh, look at these two! Oh what? Either they’re having an affair, or they’re just very shy.” It turned out to be the former as the duo were identified as the CEO of data company Astronomer, Andy Byron (50), and his HR chief, Kristin Cabot (52).

The CEO resigned on Saturday, with the company releasing a statement saying, “Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met.” The company said it has started searching for its next chief executive. In the interim, the co-founder and Chief Product Officer, Pete DeJoy, will serve as interim CEO.
The awkward moment has inspired memes that have now flooded the Internet. Jonathan Mann has now turned the viral moment into a small game, utilizing the power of AI. The game creator even has a Dropbox where he shared BTS stuff, including his chats with ChatGPT (for generating the images).
In the game titled Coldplay Canoondlers, you will play as the cameraman, and your goal is to scour through the dotted crowd to find the Astronomer couple over and over again to rack up points.

Coldplay Canoondlers is a web-based game and not something you can download for keeps at the moment. It is available on GitHub.io. Every time you move your mouse and find the Canoondlers, you earn 10 points. Followed by Martin’s voice saying, “Oh, look at these two. Oh, what?” The soundtrack of Coldplay’s song is playing in the background.
While this is a very simple point-and-click game, it shows how AI has lowered the point of entry to video game development.
