Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will not launch until June 26, 2025, with the review embargo set to be lifted on Monday, June 23. However, the game’s first hour gameplay earlier surfaced online, no thanks to a Spanish YouTuber called “ariel Navarro rg”.
At the time of writing, the video has been taken down due to a copyright claim from MarkScan Enforcement. This is great news for players who love to avoid spoilers prior to game releases.

What wasn’t clear is how the YouTuber got their hands on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach ahead of the release. However, the closest guess here is that they likely obtained the media copy and uploaded the content before the lifting of the embargo.
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach was first announced at The Game Awards 2022, although it has been in development since 2020. The second installment in the series will include more ranged and melee combat.
The Standard Edition is priced at $69.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition and the Collectors Edition will cost $79.99 and $229.99, respectively.
