Delta Force has suddenly started gaining the attention of PC gamers, seven months after its launch. In one week, the first-person shooter set two new all-time concurrent players count on Steam. This is good for the game, coming a month ahead of the planned August 19, 2025, launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
At the time of writing, Delta Force had a 24-hour peak player count of 193,605, according to SteamDB. That number stood at 177,862 as of July 6. This is more than double the highest number of concurrent players that Call of Duty (92,183) was able to poll in the last 30 days.

Since the launch of the tactical shooter developed by Team Jade and published by TiMi Studio Group, FPS lovers have continued to heap praises on the title, especially because it is free-to-play and gets frequent content updates. When Delta Force comes to consoles, the PC player count may drop significantly.
Thanks to cross-play and cross-progression across mobile, console, and PC, it is highly possible that most players will move their progress to their consoles. It has been confirmed that the console release will also have aim assist.
Players who will be enjoying Delta Force on console will have the option to toggle cross-play with PC or stick with console-only matchmaking. The legendary Black Hawk Down single-player campaign will also be available at launch as free DLC.
The military-themed shooter is currently available on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The FPS market is saturated with several projects, including Steel Hunters from Wargaming, shutting down abruptly. It takes something special to stay in the loop—and Delta Force seems to have what it takes.
