Epic Games is not backing down in its push to become one of the major storefronts for digital game purchases. One of its strategies to attract and keep gamers on its platform is by offering free games. The games up for free download change weekly. From now until June 5, gamers can get Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands at no extra cost.
The second game up for free download is Limbo. Both offers will expire at 4 pm BST/ 11 am ET on June 5 to make way for the next set of games, which already has a countdown timer. Last week, Epic Games offered Sifu, Deliver at All Costs, and Gigapocalypse to its loyal fans.

Once the offer expires, the games will return to full price. The good news is that when users claim free games, they will be permanently added to their Epic Games Store library. Thus, keeping an eye on the platform’s Free Games page can be a great way to grow your game library, especially with the rising cost of games.

Limbo, on the other hand, was originally released on Xbox 360 in 2010. The game eventually found its way on other platforms. It was a critically acclaimed narrative platformer that received lots of publicity from Xbox at that time and bagged several awards.
It was developed and published by Playdead and has Very Positive reviews on Steam. The game tells the story of a boy who enters LIMBO to save his sister, who was facing an uncertain fate. It bagged an average Metascore of 90 on Xbox 360 and PS3, 89 on PlayStation Vita and iOS, 88 on PC, 85 on Xbox One, and 83 on Nintendo Switch.
