NieR: Automata, the 2017 action RPG developed by PlatinumGames and published by Square Enix, has launched in Saudi Arabia. Gamers in the region can pick up a physical copy on Nintendo Switch and PS4 or digitally on PS4, Xbox One, Windows, and Steam.
Reading through the comments under the announcement shows that not a lot of people were excited about the news. Instead, many were more concerned about when the next installment would launch.

A comment from @GamAbood1 suggested the move was coming a little too late, claiming “99% of whoever was interested has already played it,” without specifying how. However, they admitted that it “would be cool if you offered physical versions though”.
NieR: Automata is a sequel to NieR, another title that spun off the Drakengard series. It tells the story of Androids 2B, 9S, and A2 and their battle to reclaim the machine-driven dystopia overrun by powerful machines. The game enjoys a Very Positive review on Steam.
