After speculations, we are getting another PlayStation State of Play on September 24, 2025, the same date as last year. This time, Sony promised 35 minutes of reveals and news from its partner developers (third-party studios and indie titles) from around the globe.
Headlining the September 24 State of Play is an extended look at Saros, the new title from Housemarque, which is scheduled for a 2026 release. The game was announced seven months ago during the February State of Play with a cinematic trailer. Players got to see nearly five minutes of Saro gameplay captured on PS5.

The September 24, 2025, State of Play is the 6th from Sony this year, far more than the amount we got last year. However, this will be the third one that will feature multiple games. The other three were special broadcasts on single games, including Borderlands 4, Ghost of Yotei, and 007 First Light.
