On Tuesday, January 2, Disney Parks’ editorial content director Thomas Smith shared “24 things coming in 2024”. The list doubled as a sort of New Year message that gave fans a hint of “what’s coming to Disney Experiences in 2024”. One of the things mentioned on the list was Star Wars Outlaws.

In the Axios newsletter shared on Monday, November 20, 2023, it mentioned that Ubisoft has suspended advertising on X. It was said that the reason why most companies are pausing ads on the platform was due to concerns of antisemitic content swirling unchecked.
Digital Extremes is the latest studio to announce layoffs in an industry that has seen thousands of jobs severed this year. The exact number of roles made redundant was not immediately made available at the time the news broke. But Digital Extremes has now confirmed the number.
