Black Friday, the biggest shopping season in the year, will happen on November 24—which is just a week away. Major console makers have already started unveiling their planned discounts. Nintendo of Europe has revealed some of the games and hardware bundles that will be discounted on Black Friday without specifying how much they will be discounted.

Included in the Nintendo hardware Black Friday bundle is a Super Mario Bros. Wonder bundle which comes with Nintendo Switch OLED (Mario Red edition), a Mario soft toy, and a digital download code for Super Mario Bros Wonder.

Also up for discount is the recently released Aloha Edition Animal Crossing Switch Lite system. The console will be bundled with Tom Nook soft toys and Isabelle. The third hardware Black Friday deal will see a Switch bundled with a leg strap, a water bottle, and a copy of Nintendo Switch Sports.

Other Nintendo merchandise such as the Lego Super Mario products, Kirby School Collections (which include stationeries and other accessories), headsets, and headphones will be discounted. In addition to the hardware bundles, several games will be discounted on the Nintendo eShop.

Nintendo mentioned that some of the Black Friday discounts will run for just two days while others will stretch from November 16 to December 2. Below are the games that would be discounted.

Nintendo of America Black Friday deal announced

Nintendo And PlayStation Black Friday Deals Revealed Ahead Of Sales

The American arm of the Japanese company has also announced its Black Friday deals. In addition to that, Nintendo of America has unveiled a new Super Mario Party + Red & Blue Joy-Con Bundle. The bundle which is available from November 10 is priced at $100 (a saving of $39 compared to purchasing the components separately).

Similar to its Black Friday deals last year, Nintendo of America is shaving $10 off its first-party games. Select retailers will offer Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Super Mario Odyssey, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for $49.99.

In addition to the Black Friday deals, Nintendo of America has also promised a ‘Cyber Deal’ on first and third-party games via the Nintendo eShop starting from November 20. Titles like Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Minecraft Legends: Deluxe Edition, and Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe will see their prices drop to $29.99.

Sony’s Black Friday deal will run from November 17 to 27 and includes offers on hardware as well as game and subscription discounts across PlayStation Gear, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Store, and other participating retailers.

The deals will vary by region and retailer. Also, keep your eyes on the PlayStation Black Friday page where the hottest deals will be available once the promotion kicks off. According to Sid Shuman, the senior director at SIE Content Communications, “Players who join PlayStation Plus can save up to 30% on a 12-month membership plan”.

Other deals will be available at direct.playstation.com including “PlayStation 5 consoles that come with a select game such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, DualSense wireless controllers, PS5 Console Covers, and select PS5/PS4/PC titles”. The deals will be available while stock lasts.

Also, the PlayStation advent calendar is making a return this year—and it comes with €50 of store credit. This year’s calendar contains puzzle pieces that form a PlayStation Earth image when collected in full. With the calendar, players can redeem two exclusive PSN avatars and enter a contest with 1,111 prizes that include PS VR2 and PSN credit worth €10, €50, or €100.
