Sony Drags Tencent To Court Over Horizon Clone

Sony has dragged Tencent to court over their upcoming game Light of Motiram. The PlayStation maker claims it is a clone of Horizon.

Ubisoft has now named Charlie Guillemot veteran Christophe Derennes as co-CEOs of its new subsidiary.

Ubisoft’s new subsidiary is valued at $4.3 billion (€4 billion) and will be the new home of Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six franchises.

Tencent owns 9.99% of Ubisoft while the Guillemot family owns 14%.
