#4. GTA 6 took over the PS5 home screen
Soon after the books were opened for GTA 6 pre-order, PlayStation updated its home screen so that it would be the first thing you see once you boot up your console. The PlayStation mobile app has also received a makeover inspired by GTA 6. The PS logo received a new background that features the cool Miami Summer hues of GTA 6. Sony has put so much into marketing the upcoming title. This level of marketing has rarely been seen with its first-party titles.

Rockstar revealed that 5 stores in the single-player mode are locked exclusively for gamers who purchase the Ultimate Edition. The locked stores cut across vehicle modification, fashion, hairdressers, and tattooists. The list of the locked stores includes:
- Rideout Customs (Mod Shop): Transform vanilla vehicles into magnificent works of art with detailed interiors, exquisite rims, and donk stylings.
- Sara’s Unisex Salon (Hair Salon): Get signature salon styles for both Jason and Lucia, including facial hair for Jason and makeup and nails for Lucia.

#6. GTA 6 fans will have to pay more
It appears GTA 6 will launch a new era of video game pricing. The standard edition costs $80, while the Ultimate Edition costs $100. In addition to everything that is included in the base game, the pricier Ultimate Edition also includes a 1-month GTA+ subscription.
#7. No mention of Early Access

It has become almost a norm for players who pre-order games or pay for the more expensive Deluxe Edition (or higher) to get 3-10 days of Early Access. For newbies, that means they will get to play the game before everyone else. However, the current details released by Rockstar have no mention of Early Access benefits.

#8. GTA 6 will be PS5 Pro Enhanced
One of the smaller details available in the newly updated GTA 6 store pages is that the game will be PS5 Pro Enhanced. In fact, Sony started marketing it as “Plays Best on PS5”, highlighting features like the DualSense controller, 3D AudioTech, and practically no loading screens as the reason why gamers should get GTA 6 on PS5.
#9 Players prefer paying $100 for GTA 6 to $80
A poll that attracted over 10,000 respondents, conducted by Insider Gaming, shows that 80% prefer to purchase the $100 Ultimate Edition instead of the $80 Standard Edition. While this may seem illogical at first, it begins to make sense when you consider the level of customization you will be leaving on the table by not paying the additional $20.
It was revealed that there are exclusive side missions tied to the Ultimate Edition, including bursting a gang compound with high-tier loot and a classic car collection function. The latter will allow you to find and restore project cars, similar to Forza Horizon 6.
#10. The Ultimate Edition comes with a plethora of content
